Made from Nero d'Avola, this is one of the few grappas made from a non-Piedmontese grape variety. It is distilled in copper steam stills and aged in barrels for 12 months. This smooth and elegant grappa shows notes of vanilla and cherry with a hint of oak. Serve slightly chilled after dinner or with coffee.
