First created in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet under the name Domaine des Valanges, it's now run by their three sons Jean-Baptiste, Mathieu and Camille, who tend the vines using organic and biodynamic methods. This wine is a lively, vibrant expression of their family vineyard.
