Winemaker dinner: Ornellaia

Join Vintages at Aria Ristorante for an experience unlike any other: a rare opportunity to enjoy multiple vintages of one of the world’s most singular wines.

Ornellaia stands as one of the finest and most important of the revolutionary Super Tuscans. First released in 1985, this wine has precious few peers and, vintage after vintage, remains one of the standard bearers not only for Italian wine, but for premium winemaking everywhere.

The star of the dinner will be the Ornellaia 2022, and appearances by Ornellaia’s 2006, 2012 and 2015 vintages will make the evening extra special. Guests will also be able to enjoy the Ornellaia Bianco 2022 and the Ornus dell’Ornellaia 2021, representing the larger family of wines from this iconic producer.

Vintages is proud to welcome Marco Balsimelli, who has been the production director for Ornellaia since January 2024, and Alessandro Lunardi, Ornellaia’s North American director.

This promises to be a sophisticated, stylish evening that simply shouldn’t be missed.
