This wine is made by Andrea Kaiser, daughter of Inniskillin co-founder and Ontario winemaking pioneer Karl J. Kaiser. Dornfelder was one of his favourite grapes; he was familiar with it from his native Austria, and Andrea's rosé version is believed to be the only one produced in Canada. It's bone-dry, with bright acidity and impressive plum, raspberry, and soft herbs, notably mint. A unique rosé that will drink through 2028.
