This cuvée has been around since the creation of the Domaine du Pélican in 2012. The Chardonnay cuvée is made up of several plots of vines located in Arbois and Montigny-les-Arsures. The result is a sharp and chiselled wine (from the richness of the limestone soils). The marl soils give it volume and minerality.
