Brilliant violet color. Assertively perfumed aromas of Chambord, cherry-cola, potpourri and incense, with licorice and garrigue nuances building in the glass. Shows fine delineation and tension on the palate, offering alluringly sweet red/blue fruit and candied lavender flavors and an exotic spice flourish. This clings with real authority on the penetrating finish, featuring a resonating cherry note and round, well-judged tannins.
