Recipe
Try this tea-based toddy with a gingery dessert like our Caramelized Pear Gingerbread.
1 bag Earl Grey tea
1 ½ oz whisky
¾ oz maple syrup
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
2 pieces candied ginger for garnish
1. Fill a glass coffee mug with hot water to warm it up.
2. Boil water and brew a small (4-oz) cup of Earl Grey black tea.
3. Empty the hot water from the warmed mug and add whisky, brewed tea, maple syrup and lemon juice. Stir for 10 seconds or until syrup is dissolved.
