Dill Pickle Martini
A mash-up of two big trends—Dirty Martinis and dill pickle everything—our Dill Pickle Martini has just enough brine to give it a savoury edge, but not so much that it takes away from the delicate botanicals of the vermouth.

Dill Pickle Martini recipe by Eric Vellend
2 oz vodka
¾ oz dry vermouth
¼ oz strained no-garlic baby dill pickle brine
2 baby dill pickles or a thin slice of baby dill pickle on a cocktail pin
to garnish
Place vodka, vermouth and brine in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker.
Fill halfway with ice. Stir until ice cold, about 25 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with pickle.
Makes 1 drink
