The 2021 Teyssier is pliant and seductive, as it always is. Crushed red berry fruit, spice, mint and cedar are nicely woven together. Teyssier is a bit understated in this vintage, but that is not a bad thing at all. If anything, the 2021 impresses for its nuance, detail and overall finesse.
