Founded in 1761, Borgogno is the oldest continuously operating winery in Barolo. Nebbiolo grapes from Barolo are used for this grappa, distilled in small copper pots and aged in wood barrels for about 24 months. Delicate, layered aromas show soft spicy notes with balanced and persistent floral and woody notes.
