Try this vodka twist on a mojito for your next patio party.
Makes 1 cocktail
1 ½ oz vodka
4 lime wedges
1 oz simple syrup
7 mint leaves, torn
2 to 3 oz club soda
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka, lime wedges (squeeze and drop them in), simple syrup and torn mint leave. Shake hard and pour contents into a highball glass. Add more ice and top with club soda.
