Canadian Julep
Early Summer 2009
To a rocks glass, add ½ fresh lime, diced, 4 mint leaves and ½ oz. maple syrup. Muddle. Fill the glass with ice and add 2 oz. Canadian whisky. Stir to mix and garnish with a mint sprig.
