Beals Cocktail
Autumn 2003
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. scotch, ½ oz. sweet red vermouth and ½ oz. dry white vermouth. Stir until well-chilled and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
