Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz gin
1½ oz sweet vermouth
Dashes of aromatic bitters
1 bar spoon of honey or 2 barspoons maraschino liqueur
1 rosemary sprig, for garnish
2 thin orange twists, for garnish
Pour gin and vermouth into a mixing glass. Add bitters. Stir in honey until mixed. Add ice. Stir until well chilled. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Brush rosemary along exterior rim of the glass. Garnish cocktail with orange twists and rosemary.
