The scent of cucumbers is like a breath of fresh air, and fitting for a spring-time cocktail when the windows might be cracked for what feels like the first time in forever.
¼ cup chopped cucumber
1 ½ oz Hendrick’s Gin
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz elderflower cordial
Cucumber ribbon, for garnish
Muddle cucumber in a cocktail shaker without ice. Fill with ice and add gin, lime juice and cordial. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with cucumber ribbon.
