The Manhattan
Autumn 2021
Elegant and richly flavoured, the Manhattan is a drink made for savouring.
Makes 1 drink.
2 oz bourbon or rye whisky
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 or 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Luxardo Italian cherries for garnish
Add bourbon, vermouth and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or serving glass. Garnish with cherries.
