Named after the first model of the Vespa scooter, this sour takes inspiration from the Sidecar cocktail.
Makes 1 drink
1 1/2 oz Amaro Lucano
1/2 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
1 lemon twist for garnish
1. Add all ingredients, except garnish, to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 60 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon twist.
