Cognac Craze
Autumn 2004
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. Cognac, ½ oz. Chambord, the juice of 1⁄8 fresh lime, 2 oz. pineapple juice and 2 oz. cranberry juice. Shake until frothy and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry skewer.
