Early Summer 2004
3/4 oz Amarula Cream
3/4 oz Gibson's Finest Canadian Whisky
1 oz chilled coffee or espresso
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Amarula Cream, Gibson's Finest Canadian Whisky and chilled coffee or espresso. Shake until frothy and strain into a short glass. Top with a shot of whipped cream and toasted pine nuts.
