Bourbon Sidecar

Brown spirits are very popular in Asia, and some distillers in Kentucky export their entire production to Korea, Japan and China. Bourbon is made from a sour corn mash, and Korea is a major producer of corn.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1¼ oz bourbon, ½ oz Triple sec and the juice of ½ fresh lime. Shake until chilled and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
