Autumn 2007
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 ½ oz Captain Morgan Dark Rum, 5 oz pineapple juice and 1/8 tsp diced fresh ginger. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
