Ramato is an historical Friuli technique for imparting additional colour, texture and flavour to Pinot Grigio by fermenting the wine on the grape skins. The resulting wines are often referred to as amber wines or orange wines. This one will be a tangy, refreshing sipper, with more depth and complexity than PG typically offers. Pair with sushi.
