Whether you choose this spirit, or another small-batch artisanal gin, here’s the perfect way to savour the aromatic botanicals.
Makes 1 drink
2 oz Victoria Gin
5 ice cubes
1 Add gin and ice cubes to shaker, being careful not to over-pour by more than an ounce or so.
2 Take a moment to contemplate the loneliness of vermouth, then shake or stir until the sharp edges of the ice cubes melt into submission. Strain invigorated gin into a chilled-out glass and garnish.
