Tropics Cocktail
Autumn 2002
Nut Liqueurs make truly autumnal cocktails to sip at your leisure.
1½ oz coconut rum
3 oz pineapple juice
¼ fresh lime
1 oz passion fruit juice
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and passion fruit juice.
2. Shake sharply and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
3. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
