The Johnnie Walker Scotsman

Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky
3 oz ginger ale
1½ oz club soda
1 rosemary sprig, for garnish
1 lemon twist, for garnish
Pour Johnnie Walker into a highball filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and soda. Stir to mix. For a toasted aromatic flavour, carefully use a barbecue lighter to singe the tip of the rosemary sprig. Add to glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
