Choose this simple and stylish sparkler for toasting with a friend or sweetheart.
Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz vodka or raspberry-flavoured vodka
5 raspberries, plus more for garnish (optional)
3 oz grapefruit soda, preferably good-quality and pink
1 rosemary sprig, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vodka with raspberries. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add ice, if desired. Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with rosemary, and more raspberries.
