Limoncello Whipped Cream

You can flavour whipped cream with any kind of liqueur
Serves 4
1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
2 tbsp (25 mL) icing sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) limoncello
1 Combine whipping cream, icing sugar, and limoncello in a chilled bowl. Beat with electric beater until soft peaks form.
2 Dollop on the roulade.
