Ghostly Goblet


Drawing inspiration from a classic Paloma, this cocktail gets its milky-white, ghostly colour thanks to the addition of coconut milk — for silky texture, there’s coconut water too.

1½ oz tequila
2 oz coconut water
1½ oz coconut milk
4 oz grapefruit soda
Lime wheel, for garnish

Pour tequila, coconut water and coconut milk into an ice-filled wine goblet. Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir. Garnish with lime.
