Dancing Queen

This honeydew melon liqueur was created in Sundori, Japan, and launched at Studio 54 in New York at the height of the disco craze in 1978. Since then, its light, refreshing taste and unique pale green colour has been used as an ingredient in hundreds of cocktail inventions.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz rum, ½ oz Midori melon liqueur, and 3 oz pineapple juice. Shake until frothy and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a melon and pineapple skewer.
