Cantaloupe Cucumber Slushie

Malibu is a rum-based spirit that is infused with fruit extracts. The original version is coconut-flavoured and is typically used in Piña Coladas.

4 cups (1 L) cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
3 English cucumbers, peeled
Juice of 8 limes
1 cup (250 mL) honey
2 cups (500 mL) ice
1 cup (250 mL) melon-flavoured Malibu
1/2 cup (125 mL) white rum
Cantaloupe ball skewers for garnishing

1 Place all ingredients into blender. Blend and pour into tall glasses. For garnish, scoop cantaloupe with melon baller, skewer 3 pieces and place in glass.

Serves 8
