Brown spirits are very popular in Asia, and some distillers in Kentucky export their entire production to Korea, Japan and China. Bourbon is made from a sour corn mash, and Korea is a major producer of corn.

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 1/4 oz bourbon, 1/2 oz Triple sec and the juice of 1/2 fresh lime.

2. Shake until chilled and strain into a Martini glass.

3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
