Apricot Gin Fizz
Early Summer 2013
To a highball glass filled with ice, add 1½ oz gin, ½ oz apricot brandy, ½ oz lemon juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup*. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
*Simple Syrup: combine equal parts sugar and boiling water; stir until sugar has dissolved. Refrigerate until chilled.
