Steak spice and bacon add extra dimension to this otherwise classic Caesar cocktail.
Makes 1 cocktail
Lime wedge, for rimmer
Steak spice, for rimmer
1½ oz vodka
5 oz Clamato™
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco™
Crisp bacon slice, for garnish
Rim a large glass or tumbler with juice from lime wedge and steak spice. Fill with ice and add vodka, Clamato™, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco™. Garnish with bacon slice.
