Coffee Manhattan
Elegant and richly flavoured, the Manhattan is a drink made for savouring. Try this java-flavoured twist.
2 oz bourbon
½ oz amaro
½ oz cold brew coffee
2 or 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Luxardo Italian cherries for garnish
Add bourbon, amaro, coffee and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or serving glass. Garnish with cherries.
