Spicy, zesty and smoky flavours come together in this classic, tall cocktail. The peaty smoke taste will depend on the scotch you use — non-peaty drams work well, too.
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz blended scotch
½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
4 to 6 oz ginger beer
Lime wheel, for garnish
Pour scotch into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir in lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with lime wheel.
