Makes 1 cocktail

3⁄4 oz cognac
Dash of Triple Sec
3⁄4 oz calvados
Dash of fresh lemon juice 
3 to 5 oz of chilled champagne
Apple slice, for garnish

Vigorously shake cognac, calvados, Triple Sec, lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and slowly top with champagne. Garnish with apple slice.
