2½ oz Wayne Gretzky Red Cask Whisky
1 oz maple syrup
5 dashes Angostura bitters
1 oz water
2 strips orange zest

Add whisky, maple syrup, bitters, water and 1 orange zest to a mixing glass. Firmly muddle orange zest. Partially fill with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with remaining zest.
