The 2021 is composed of 48% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Lakeshore Farm and June's vineyards. It's complex and layered, with rich blackcurrant, black cherry, ripe plum, dark chocolate, vanilla, bramble, charred oak and spice. Perfect for lamb or grilled steak, it will evolve through the mid-to-late 2020s.
