Product Details
This wine is made from six different varieties using traditional pulp fermentation and aged for fifteen months in old barrique barrels made from French oak. Incognito is a medium red wine with wonderful fruit accents, not so heavy in alcohol, yet complex in taste. Like all our red wines, this cuvee is consistently dry, but with a soft tannin structure. Ideal as a food companion for everyday pleasures: pasta, cheese variations, or a hearty snack.
