Black cherries, crushed rocks, peppery herbs, and underbrush notes all emerge from the 2016 Corbières. Made from a tank-aged blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah, it's medium-bodied, beautifully textured and balanced on the palate, with sweet tannins and true Corbières character. It's already drinking nicely but should keep for 3-5 years. Score - 92. (Jeb Dunnuck, jebdunnuck.com, July 31, 2018)
