Oak-aged and finished in Sauternes casks, that once held Bordeaux sweet wine. Aromas of honeycomb, shortbread, banana custard and baked apple lead to flavours of spice, honey, coconut and citrus. A lightly sweet and balanced palate shows notes of nut, mango and caramel on the finish. Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water.
