Brewed with carefully selected ingredients including handcrafted Koji and naturally soft water, this shochu is single pot-distilled and undergoes minimal filtration. Following 3-5 years of maturation in oak barrels, the colour is amber with great depth, complexity and voluptuous sweetness, and a touch of oak seasoning.
