Based in Picton, Ontario, Three Dog Winery planted its first vines in 2000 and opened its doors in 2014. This blend of Bordeaux varieties from Ontario's hot 2016 vintage is named for the winery's most sociable rescue dog. Expect big blackberry, cherry, rich chocolate, vanilla and leather. The winemakers suggest pairing it with roast beef, aged cheddar and hearty vegetable dishes.
