Sourcing grapes from select vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula, the team at Tawse works closely with their growers, tending the grapes by hand through vertical shoot thinning, cluster thinning, leaf removal and harvest. The 2019 was aged for six months in French oak, and winemaker Paul Pender describes it as '... concentrated and ripe ... [with] cranberry, black pepper and graphite ... juicy and vibrant ...'
