    Deep ruby red in colour with very intense notes of flowers like rose and soft violet, followed by red fruits, like wild cherries and spices. Dry wine, well refined tannins, cherries, forest fruits, spices. Good structure, harmony, good roundness, and elegance typical of the Nebbiolo wines from Lessona area. Pair with young and middle matured salami, winter risotti from Piedmont (Panissa), red meats, wild bird preparations, mushrooms, truffles, middle and high matured cheese.
