Winemaker's Travesy is made with 3 varieties from 3 different zones. The carignan (38%) comes from Tres Equinas, in the Cauquenes zone in Maule, the malbec (33%) comes from vineyards in Lontué, in the Curicó Valley, and the rest (29%) is syrah from the Maipo vineyards, next to the winery. The blend highlights the red side of these varieties, as well as the fresher side, with smooth, lively textures. There are a lot of floral notes here, especially violets. There's also a lot of vigor in this red wine. It can be drunk now, but it will evolve and develop more complexity in the next 2-3 years. Score - 94. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2018)
