From their vineyards in southwestern Sicily, this nero d'avola is made using organically grown grapes. It is aged for 6 months; 50% in barriques and 50% in concrete tanks. Expect aromas and flavours of plum, cherry, pepper and flower. Medium-bodied and fruity with a dry finish, this is a friendly pairing for pizza.
