Domaine Gayda embodies the drive for quality and precision that has become the defining characteristic of modern Languedoc winemaking. This Syrah is sourced from four different vineyards, each featuring a different soil type: sandstone, limestone, clay-limestone and granitic schist. Expect a floral wine, with ripe, spicy dark fruit in a velvety-textured package. Pair with cured or barbecued meats.
