Made from fruit harvested by hand in a pair of vineyards in Uco Valley and Vista Flores respectively, this wine was matured for eight months in a 60-40 combo of French and American oak. Expect smoky, toasty and vanilla notes overlaying a core of juicy blackcurrant fruit and pair with grilled lamb or duck.
