The 2017 vintage saw cool temperatures in late September that allowed grapes a longer hang time in which to ripen slowly and develop even further nuance and complexity. This created wines of great freshness and balance. Expect this Cabernet to feature excellent cassis and dark fruit, with vanilla and a touch of mint. A good option for grilled or roasted beef.
